Air Block Lightweight Concrete Production Process
Step 1
Raw Material Preparation

Prepare the main raw material slurry with precise weighing, including recycled weighted slurry (Return Weighted Slurry), gypsum and sand, lime, and Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) to ensure consistent quality.
Step 2
Mixing Process

All raw material slurries are mixed together, with aluminum added to trigger a reaction that creates air bubbles, forming a lightweight internal block structure.
Step 3
Pouring Mixture

The mixed material is poured into the production system according to specified proportions to ensure even material distribution.
Step 4
Block Casting on Mould

The mixture is poured into block molds and allowed to expand until the appropriate size is achieved.
Step 5
De-Molding and Wire Cutting

The molds are removed, and wire cutting is used to precisely cut the blocks to standard dimensions.
Step 6
High Pressure Steam Curing

The blocks are cured in a high-pressure steam autoclave for 12 hours to enhance strength, durability, and overall quality.
Step 7
Air Block Ready for Delivery

Air Block products undergo quality inspection, then are packaged and delivered to customers, ready for confident use in construction projects.
